11/2 lbs. lean ground round 1/4 c. dark brown sugar 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 T. sesame oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 T. fresh minced ginger
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Lettuce leaves of choice Cooked rice (opt.)
Brown beef in a nonstick skillet and drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve in lettuce leaves, rolled up. Can serve over rice if desired
